Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker declares a public health emergency, announcing a 4-month temporary ban on the sale of all vape products.
This public health emergency which went into effect yesterday afternoon covers the sale of flavored and non-flavored vaping products in both retail stores and online, and applies to both tobacco and marijuana.
In accordance with Governor Baker’s announcement, 253 Farmacy has ceased all sales of vapes and vaping devices in our retail store. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers.
